The art of transitions
October 18, 2026 2-4PM | Modo Yoga Vaudreuil
182 Bd Harwood, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC J7V 1Y2
Led by Isabelle Kramer
Explore the Art of Transitions
Step beyond the poses and dive into the flow that links them—the breath-led, intentional movements that make your practice seamless and alive. In this workshop, we’ll explore the subtle power of vinyasa: the transitions that connect each posture with clarity, strength, and grace.
Whether you’re stepping back, floating through, or learning to fly, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how to move with precision, mindfulness, and purpose.
Expect to sweat. Expect to sharpen your drishti. Expect to grow.
Open to all levels—modifications and progressions will be offered for wherever you are in your journey.
Come ready to refine your practice from the space between the poses—because that’s where true transformation happens.
Ashtanga Yoga Club: Winter Weekend
January 23 – 25, 2026 | Centre de Vie, Ripon, QC
Led by Isabelle Kramer & Gabriela Drew
Join us for a soulful winter escape—a sacred weekend to reconnect with your breath, body, and inner stillness. Nestled in the peaceful hills of Ripon, Québec, Centre de Vie offers the perfect sanctuary to embrace the quiet magic of January.
Each day begins in noble silence, gently guiding us inward through morning meditation, pranayama, and Mysore or led-style Ashtanga Yoga. These grounding rituals are followed by nourishing organic meals, thoughtful workshops, and time to move, rest, and reset.
Expect asana explorations, energizing movement drills, and immersive practices designed to awaken both strength and softness. Between sessions, enjoy the crisp beauty of the season with optional winter activities—snowshoeing, forest walks, cozy fires, and the deep comfort of stillness.
Evenings are reserved for rest and ritual: Yin-infused massage practices, storytelling, and long savasanas to soothe the body and soul.
On our final day, we’ll rise in quiet reflection, close with a morning practice, and step back into the world—clear, strong, and deeply nourished.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of this retreat.
Come exactly as you are. Let winter hold you.

Strength & Surrender
A Week of Ashtanga Yoga & Introduction to Esalen® Massage
March 2–8, 2026 | Centre de Vie, Ripon, Quebec
Led by Jenny Pareno & Isabelle Kramer
Step into a transformative week of embodied practice at the tranquil Centre de Vie in Ripon, Quebec. This immersive retreat gracefully blends the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga with the healing art of Esalen Massage, exploring the powerful dance between strength and grace within body, mind, and heart.
Each morning begins with Ashtanga Yoga, igniting the inner fire through breath-led movement and meditative focus. You’ll engage in Mysore-style practice, complemented by a Sunday-led Primary Series, all within a supportive container that honors individual rhythm, presence, and capacity.
As the day unfolds, we enter the fluid, nurturing world of Esalen Massage. You’ll be introduced to the art of Esalen touch. Through hands-on instruction, you’ll learn the foundational principles: long, flowing strokes that feel like waves across the body, a grounded and attuned presence, and a pace guided by breath and connection. This practice is as much about being as it is about doing—an invitation to cultivate presence through mindful, heart-centered touch. Adding a special focus on releasing the scapula, a common reservoir of tension and held emotion.
Open to all levels, including complete beginners, this retreat provides a welcoming space for exploration, learning, and personal growth. Whether you’re new to yoga, massage, or both, this week offers a full-spectrum reset—balancing effort with ease, structure with flow, and strength with grace.
What’s Included:
Daily Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore & Led)
Introduction to Esalen® Massage (with scapula release focus)
Opening & Closing Circles
Evening integration sessions (restorative, journaling, or discussion)
6 nights’ accommodation at Centre de Vie
Wholesome vegetarian meals
Optional nature walks, sauna, and space for reflection
