Teachers’ Intensive: Mysore Leadership + Transmission

The Original Ashtanga Yoga Club Teachers’ Intensive

A dedicated container for teachers who are ready to refine their craft, strengthen their leadership, and deepen the inner path—rooted in tradition, guided with humility.
Led by Isabelle Kramer — teacher of teachers, forever a student.

Who is this for?

Who this Intensive is for

This experience is for yoga teachers and apprentices who want to lead with clarity, devotion, and steadiness—on and off the mat. It’s for those who value structure, breath-led practice, and the quiet discipline of showing up.

You’ll feel at home here if you’re ready to:

  • refine Ashtanga teaching language and Mysore room leadership

  • deepen your understanding of the method, its “why,” and its integrity

  • build confidence without ego—strength with softness

  • teach from practice, not performance

Application + Eligibility

This Teachers’ Intensive is invitation-only and reserved for students who have practiced with me consistently over a long period of time.

Why? Because this work is built on relationship, shared language, and lived experience—practice together first, then transmission.

What we’ll cover

A rich, practical, and deeply embodied training that weaves together:

  • Mysore leadership: holding the room, timing, sequencing, tone, and presence

  • Assists + adjustments: safety, clarity, consent, and skillful support

  • Principle-based teaching: actions before shapes; sustainable progress

  • Voice + cues: precise language, intelligent progressions, and pacing

  • Philosophy + lineage: study that actually informs how you teach

  • Ethics + boundaries: integrity, responsibility, and student care

  • Subtle body: breath, attention, energetics, and the inner work behind the method

This is not a “certification vibe.” It’s an apprenticeship-style immersion.

We move with discipline and devotion—and we keep the heart of the practice intact.

I teach as a mentor and as a student: constantly learning, refining, and returning to what’s essential. In this space, we don’t perform tradition—we live it.

  • This is best for teachers who already have a foundation and want refinement, mentorship, and depth.

  • This intensive is reserved for long-term, dedicated students. If you’re newer, start by practicing with us consistently—then we can revisit.

  • This is mentorship and intensive training rooted in lived practice.
